This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create and send questionnaires in Supplier Engagement within Avarni.

Supplier questionnaires are customisable and allow you to collect primary emissions data directly from your suppliers in the form of surveys. The survey questions are linked to the emission calculation engine which means that once your supplier completes the questionnaire, the answers will automatically be converted into emission entries that are added to their supplier profile. You will then be able to use the data to calculate your Scope 3 emissions to your supplier’s actual emissions.

To initiate the process of sending questionnaires to your suppliers, you must first:

  1. Create a cohort: Begin by creating a cohort and adding your suppliers to it.
  2. **Add your suppliers:** Invite your suppliers to the cohort.
  3. Create questionnaires: After forming the cohort and adding your suppliers, you can create custom questionnaires tailored to your needs.
  4. **Send questionnaires: **Send the questionnaires to the relevant cohort and suppliers.
